Maybe, maybe not.
Whatever will I do with another journal? Granted, as much fangirl/fanboy-ing as I've heard and seen given to DreamWidth, maybe this isn't just another journaling site; some seem to herald it as the second coming of Blogging Jesus. Everything Livejournal could have been, had they never sold out to Six Apart and then started splattering ads everywhere.
Anyway. As I said before, I'm not planning to give up Livejournal -- at least not yet, at any rate -- but given that a few of my LJ friends have given up LJ in favour of DW, I'll at least keep up with the account, unlike... oh, Vox, Tumblr, and every other Web 2.0 attempt at Livejournal's market share.
At the moment, I see no need to upgrade to one of the paid levels, but if there ever is a great journal migration, I certainly will. I maintain a paid LJ account, after all.
So.
